Salon Cancellation & Booking Policy
At JC Hair Styling Mosman, I do my best to make sure all your needs are taken care of.
Please do understand when you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation is considered if No-show to appointment or Late arrival to appointment or Misses your appointment without cancelling. I also take 50% deposit for any public holidays appointment.
In either case, I will charge FULL FEE for missed appointments.
In the event of a true, unavoidable medical emergency, your cancellation fee will Not be charged.

Wedding Booking Policy
I have wedding booking policy and I request $200-$400 deposit to confirm the date at least 6 weeks before the wedding date. Deposit amount will add in your final payment. Also respectfully request at least 3 weeks cancelation notice. After that time period deposit non refundable. Please feel free to ask for more information.
